What is actually included in each SEO project tier for roofers?
Starter, Growth, and Domination sound like marketing labels until you see what is actually different underneath each one. Here is a real breakdown of what each tier includes, what it does not, and how to know which fits your roofing company.
The three tiers at a glance
Most roofing engagements start with one of three fixed-price, one-time overhaul projects. The tiers differ in page count and scope, not in quality or process.
A Starter client and a Domination client get the same market research, the same writing standard, and the same approve-before-go-live process. It is applied to a different number of pages, that is all.
These tiers rewrite an existing site while keeping your domain and its authority. If the site needs replacing rather than rewriting, a new build is a separate product starting at $2,500.
The baseline
What every tier includes
Homepage rewrite
A full rewrite built around the searches your customers actually make, not generic roofing services copy.
Titles and meta descriptions
Every page delivered comes with properly written title tags and meta descriptions rather than defaults left blank.
Proper heading structure
Clean hierarchy on every page, so Google gets a clear signal about what each one actually covers.
Approval before go-live
You review and approve every page before anything is published, whichever tier you choose.

Decision guide
Which one fits your company
Starter, $997
First time investing in SEO
Single-trade roofing companies. Three service pages typically cover the core of the business: replacement, repair, and one specialty like storm damage or metal. It covers the essentials without buying pages you do not need yet.
Growth, $1,497
Competing for more keywords
Established roofers ready to widen the net. Five service pages allow broader coverage, replacement, repair, storm damage, metal, and gutters for example, capturing more of the total search volume in your market.
Domination, $1,997
Several services, one funnel
Multi-service exterior companies where the conversion path has to work across several service lines at once. The contact page optimization matters most when leads arrive from multiple services simultaneously.
Not sure which fits?
We will recommend the smallest tier that gets you there
The free audit reviews your current site and market, then tells you where to start. We would rather point you at the right tier than the biggest one.
What no tier includes
None of the three project tiers include ongoing services. Google Business Profile management, monthly reporting, and new location pages beyond the initial set are all separate monthly work, added only if and when you choose to.
The project builds the foundation. It does not include the maintenance and expansion layer that sits on top of it. Monthly retainers run $997 to $1,497 for Growth and $2,500 for Command, and they are optional.
That separation is deliberate. A retainer maintaining a site that does not exist yet has nothing to compound, which is why we sell the project first and let you decide about the rest afterward.
Common questions
Project tiers, answered
Yes. Many roofing companies start with Starter and add pages later through monthly location page expansion rather than repurchasing a higher tier outright. Upgrading before the project starts is also fine if your scope changes during intake.
A dedicated page targeting one specific service, such as roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, or metal roofing installation. Each is written around the specific searches homeowners make for that service rather than covering several at once.
Not directly. Ranking speed depends far more on how competitive your market is than on which tier you bought. A higher tier gives you more pages competing for more keywords, so more total opportunity, but each individual page still follows the same 60 to 90 day timeline.
Pages beyond a tier’s included set are typically added through monthly location page expansion, which adds one to two new pages a month once the initial project has delivered.
For a single-service roofer, usually not on its own. The jump from Growth to Domination is really about multi-service page architecture. For a company running several service lines through one contact funnel, a properly optimized contact page can meaningfully affect conversion across all of that traffic.
